Vinegar BBQ Sauce

32 oz. Ketchup

32 oz. Apple Cider Vinegar

10 oz. Worcestershire Sauce

4 oz. Hot Sauce

1 Lemon

1/2 Stick Butter

1 c Brown sugar

3 tbs. Pepper

3 tbs. Salt

 

Optional:

Mustard Style

4 tbs. Cumin

1 c Brown Mustard

3 oz. Bourbon

 

Sweet and Spicy

4 Habaneros

6 tbs. Cayanne

1 c Apricot Jam

 

Combine all ingredients, juice lemon and float in sauce. Simmer for 3 hrs or until desired thickness, remove lemons enjoy.
