1/2 lime – halved
2 oz. of Tequila (silver if possible)
2 thin slices of jalapeno
2 tsp of agave nector
1 can of ginger beer
1 thin jalapeno slice (garnish)
Muddle lime, jalapeno and agave nector. Shake over ice, and pour over collins glasses with ice. Add ginger beer to taste, usually about 2 oz. Float the jalapeno on top of the ice.
